La Vie En Meigui Cafe is a new florist shop which also runs a sumptuously decked out, English-themed cafe. Located in one of the 90-year-old “Radio House”-designed bungalows on Irving Road, expect to see some surprises in its OTT, ornate decor: think life-sized wax figures of Prince and Princess of Wales, William and Kate, and even Queen Elizabeth II.
The food offerings are quite fusion, though: spicy pastas and Nyonya-influenced dishes with rice or bread.
One of the most Instagrammable spots in town, for sure.
La Vie en Rose bread with Nyonya chicken curry.

Spicy tuna sushi bake, served with nori seaweed wraps.
