要了解当地人的饮食文化，必定要到早市巴刹。
“早起的鸟儿有虫吃”，一早就来到 Chai Leng Park Market 才能园巴刹吃早餐。
第二天的早餐，当然少不了槟城人最爱的咖喱面。
RM6.50 满满一大碗，配料丰富到诚意十足：咖喱鸡、炸猪皮、猪血、豆腐卜、长豆，再加上一勺灵魂红叁峇辣椒酱。
咖喱汤充满浓浓香料香气，带着椰浆的香浓顺滑，米粉吸收了汤汁后特别入味，每一口都是槟城早餐的味道。
当然少不了配搭油炸鬼、马脚和咸煎饼，RM1.50 一件，不过 Size 竟然是 KL 的两倍，边吃边感受到槟城人的豪迈。
