Hachiban Izakaya Kelawai Road Dinner

Chiefeater Paula Tan had a delicious izakaya dinner at Hachiban Izakaya Kelawai Road and summed it up simply as oishi

Fusion
One Brick Drop is a Japanese Italian fusion place. The food didn’t disappoint. Nestled in one of the old bungalows in a quiet neighbourhood, it gave a very lively but also warm vibe. The pastas were bursting with flavours. Very rich and even with a relatively smaller plate, we were just full.
The truffle mushroom risotto was the least aesthetic but the star of the nite. Then the burnt tomato pasta, chili crab pasta, seafood risotto and chicken teriyaki burger completed the evening. Sadly dessert was mostly sold out.
Then they had a Photo Booth which we spent quite a fair bit enjoying ourselves. Service was ok and price on the high side which I thought was worth it.
