Superb prawn noodles. Very intense prawny soup compared to others I had in Singapore.
I love the dry version which is not really dry with their chilly sambal n bit of broth. Soup is served separately for the dry version n I sprinkled some chilly powder on it for a more fiery taste.
This prawn noodles can certainly give Penang Hokkien mee versions ( which is often sweetened with rock sugar) a run for their money!
