Only occasionally found, Rojak Tonggek or "Rojak on Stick" is a deconstructed Fruit Rojak where various cut fruits n vegetable are "kebab" and eaten dip into Rojak Sauce.
To us orang Utara, Rojak is Various Cut Vegetable, Fruits, Boiled Brown Cutterfish, and others ingredients which is either topped, or mix with a delicious concoction of Prawn Paste, Sugar, Chili, Crushed Peanuts and other secret ingredient particular to the particular stall.
Rarely found are "Stick Rojak Stalls" where one can choose the individuals sticks of ingredients, which is dip in a big container of sauce which is label normal, spicy and super spicy (communal eating while standing), sadly due to COVID the sauce is now serve in individual containers.
