Ru Ji Kitchen Fish Ball Mee
Fish Ball Noodles, Street Food
The fish balls at Ru Ji Kitchen may be inconsistently shaped but Chiefeater Luke Soon found that there is bouncy delight in this asymmetry

Nasi Lemak, Pork-Free
One of my favourite Nasi Lemak is Botak Nasi Lemak Seapark PJ. Their first outlet is in SS3. The Sea Park branch is their second outlet. Their tagline is rather unique and screams “The Second Best Nasi Lemak in PJ”. Indeed they are one of the best nasi lemak in town. Their chicken is crispy and their sambal is just captivating. It’s on the sweet side but it’s done perfectly. Sometimes I do crave for their nasi lemak and sambal.

They have 2 types nasi lemak portions. The bungkus type is a basic nasi lemak (comes with hard-boiled egg, peanuts, ikan bilis with sambal and fragrant rice ) and without the fried chicken and costs RM 2.80. If you have their serving with the fried chicken, it’s RM11.50. The ikan bilis is also very crunchy. When you are at the Sea Park branch, at times you may see them dry their ikan bilis in the sun. The Sea Park branch is spacious too and is my favourite location.

Besides nasi lemak you will also find they have nasi pulut which I highly recommend too! Mee Siam and Mee Goreng are other options and all these dishes go well with their sambal. Somehow I just can’t get enough of their sambal.

Business Hours

The branch in SS3 closes by 3 pm while the one in Sea Park closes by 11.30 pm
