Bak Chor Mee, Street Food, Non-Halal
Discovered this delightful liver bak chor mee at Chao Yuan Noodles Clementi West (same block as West Coast Market). I ordered extra liver in a separate plate and it comes with a robust nyonya sambal whilst the normal liver noodle is topped with chilly oil. The broth is rich and I can imagine how good the normal bak chor mee with meat in soup tastes. Will certainly be back for more n to try out neighbouring stalls ie roasted meats (duck n charsiew) wantan noodles n Old Airport lor mee.
Looks like Clementi West /West Coast has quite a few hidden gems apart from (Penang) Island Cafe , West Coz Cafe for fish head curry, Sunny ( Korean ) Cafe and the mamak food haven at Ayer Rajah Market.
Business Hours
Not stated but Chiefeater William WL Loo was there in the daytime
