Chiefeater Kane Chong returned to Restoran New Gen in Taman Shamelin Perkasa for Sang Har Meen

Taiwanese, Beef Noodle, Pork-Free
Pretty darn good Taiwanese beef noodle. The broth was rich and flavourful with tender pieces of brisket, tendon and honeycomb tripe. Don’t forget their awesomely spicy chili oil.
Editor’s Note
What a huge piece of tripe!
