但是锅气十足,炸鱼肉很正sambal belacan更是不得了
特地来是为了试招牌青东炎
点了新鲜石斑鱼肉,味道还行有特别
不过我还是比较喜欢炒米粉,太好吃了
果然被列为必比登推介的美食都不错
This fish fillet fried vermicelli at Ghee Lian may not look extraordinary, but it's full of wok hei (wok's breath), and the fried fish is delicious, especially with the sambal belacan. I specifically came to try their signature dish, Green Tomyam. I ordered it with fresh grouper fish, and the taste was decent and unique. However, I still prefer the fried vermicelli; it's just too delicious. It seems that being listed as a Michelin Bib Gourmand in Penang is well deserved.
