The owner, who is also the chef and second-generation inheritor, has carried forward his mother's culinary skills. I love their Hokkien noodles because they remind me of the nostalgic flavors. The use of pork liver and pork intestines is becoming rarer in Hokkien noodles these days, but here they are still included.
