Chiefeater KC Yan had a nice breakfast at Mr Eight Kitchen on Jalan Burma which has been around since 1963
Steak, Pork-Free
Absolutely love my family for taking me to this new place, Kay's Steak & Lobster Putra Heights. We had surf and turf which was ribeye and lobster along with lobster roll and a very overflowing chocolate Wellington cake. My explanation on the food below. The service was very good by attentive and knowledgeable servers. Do try it though as expected with lobsters, it is expensive.
This is their Great Set with Black Angus ribeye and lobster garlic butter. The steak is pretty decent but could do with more juice or seasoning but the lobster was amazing g and so was the sauce. Mandy also chose the Argentinian chimichurri sauce which was a good pairing.
Melissa had the ribeye and lobster Thermidor. She had the Au Poivre (not sure what it means) which is black pepper mayo sauce which was also ok.
I had the ribeye with chimicurri sauce and mine was cooked well and seasoned with garlic butter. Down very well.
Black Angus and Au Poivre sauce.
The lobster roll came with mentai sauce and ebiko with toasted garlic bun. It was amazing!
This is the chocolate Wellington cake.
Absolutely sinfully overflowing. It came with pistachios and matcha and Vanilla ice cream.
Garlic bread was really buttery and delicious. Loved the mushroom soup too smooth, thick and flavourful.
We also had the Belgian chocolate. It was also delicious and chocolaty.
