Managed to find a spot at the forever busy Kheng Pin Cafe at Sri Bahari Road for a breakie of wantan mee and loh bak.
Oh..also don't forget to pay your parking (if you drive) using Penang Smart Parking App. They are pretty fast sometimes. No point to loose a plate of char okay teow and some more loh bak, just because you forgot to pay parking. (RM0.80 an hour)
