I was resigned to eating from one of the outlets in Mid Valley until my friend called to pick me up to go to Loong Sifu Bamboo Noodle House. Succulent round wontons, glassy char siew and superbly made thin noodles that have that “kiuness” when you bite. We also ordered a bowl of noodles with shrimp bits. This is my new fav when in KL.
