Chicken Chop
The sizzling chicken chop at Gerai Heritage SS15 Subang Jaya turned out to be a surprising find that surpassed initial expectations.

The chicken itself was remarkably tender and packed with great flavor, showing a wonderful mastery of texture and timing. It came out exceptionally well-sauced, carrying a very generous pour of savory gravy that thoroughly covered the whole chicken portion.

While I did not much care for the fine sprinkling of shredded vegetables arranged on top of the meat, the core taste and execution of the poultry remained undeniably good.
Accompanied by classic local pairings like traditional kaya butter bread, hot Nanyang coffee, and a cold bowl of cendol to finish, it makes for a highly satisfying comfort meal.

Sizzling Chicken Chop: RM19.00
Nanyang Kopi: RM4.50
MVX Score: 7.5/10
M – Meal Value
At RM19.00 for a well-portioned, tender sizzling chicken cutlet drenched in an abundance of savory sauce, the value is great.
Score: 7.6/10
V – Venue & Vibes
The venue offers a very clean, air-conditioned, and organized modern kopitiam environment. It provides a comfortable refuge from the usual afternoon heat of Subang Jaya, making it highly practical for efficient solo dining or quick catch-ups.
Score: 7.3/10

X – X-Factor
The X-factor is the excellent texture and generous saucing of their sizzling western-local fusion.
Score: 7.5/10
