Celebrate Ramadhan this year with Astaka Selera Impian Buffet at Mandarin Oriental KL. A beautiful Middle Eastern-inspired pavilion at Mosaic and the Diamond Ballroom complements an extravagant Ramadan buffet spread to provide a haven for guests to come together to celebrate the spirit of the holy month in style.

Chef Saiful Asrul bin Sadin has created a menu to reflect the different aspects
of Malaysia’s culinary history along with some Middle Eastern inspired recipes
such as Udang Galah Lemak Asam Nenas, Siput Sedut Lemak Kuning, Puyuh Goreng Berempah Bonda and many more. Live cooking stations featuring classic favourites such as Doner Kebab and Roast Lamb are presented in elaborate displays, with skilled chefs preparing dishes on the spot to add an interactive element to the overall sensory experience.
