The Hainanese Chicken Rice at Canton Boy SS15 Courtyard was actually very good. The Roast Chicken was a particular standout, as it remained impressively crispy throughout the entire meal.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Dim Sum. For a chain restaurant, the attention to detail in the food preparation is impressive. The Crystal Har Gow and Siu Mai King are often noted by patrons for their fresh, handmade quality, which avoids the “frozen shortcut” taste common in many mall-based eateries.
