I am on a prawn noodle hunt. This one at Mei Ling Market & Food Centre is the best so far. This dry version ( semi dry actually) has a lovely spicy chilly sauce instead of just plain dark/light soya sauce.
Soup is served separately and I always add chilly powder for a more intense burn. The broth has a deep prawn flavour and the extra spice brings out the intensity and depth of a good prawn broth. To top it off a small SGD4 bowl comes with 2 shelled prawns and a generous amount of thickly sliced pork.
