After strolling through the SS2 night market on Monday, I discovered this popular Biang Biang Noodle Bar SS2. Ah Xian, the owner and master noodle maker, recommended his personal favorites, which were the Sesame Peanut Sauce and Tomato Egg varieties. We also ordered other dry noodle flavors like Spicy Cumin Lamb, Mala (numbing and spicy), Scallion Oil, and Fried Bean Sauce. The owner mentioned that if you're still hungry, you can request extra noodles, and it's free!

For those who enjoy spicy challenges, you can try their 18+ level of spiciness. Each flavor has its own unique characteristics, but personally, I prefer the Sesame Peanut Sauce and Tomato Egg because they're not spicy. As for snacks, I recommend their Signature Boiled Pork Dumplings and Signature Fried Pork Dumplings – they are delicious.

They have three branches in SS2 Petaling Jaya, Cheras Trader Square, and REXKL. It's important to note that the REXKL branch does not serve pork or beer, making it suitable for customers of various backgrounds.

星期一逛完 SS2 夜市后，发现了这间网红 Biang Biang Noodle Bar 手咂面馆。。 老板兼手咂面师傅的 Ah Xian ，推荐了他自己最喜欢吃的【芝麻花生酱】和【番茄蛋】，我们也点完其他干捞口味如【辣孜然羊肉】【麻辣】【葱油】【炸酱】。。老板说如果吃不饱，可以要求加面，加面是免费的！

18+。。 每种口味都不同的特色，我个人比较喜欢 【芝麻花生酱】和【番茄蛋】，因为没辣。。小吃我就推荐【招牌煮水猪肉饺子】和【招牌炸猪肉饺子】，味道鲜美。
biang biang noodle bar 共有3间面馆，八打灵SS2，Cheras Trader Square & REXKL, 而REXKL 是无猪肉和啤酒供应（可供友族享用）。
