At One Plus One Restaurant. Life is too short to not savour various dim sum here. The only home made dim sum that I don’t need sauces to dip in. I love the delicate broth that accompanies certain dim sum here. They are brilliant in pairing mushrooms, cabbages, tofu skin and bitter gourd with the fresh pork that is central to their offerings here. And don’t miss their signature kho ru pau.
