Chiefeater Kane Chong shares a Happy Dumpling Festival meal at Mo Mo Paradise Gardens with Japanese hotpot, sake and desserts

Dessert
Being a dessert lover, I had to try the (previously rated) Michelin Guide Pang Cha Central World, and see if it was worth the hype.

Since 2009 Pang Cha has been using 5 signature tea leaves, roasted and brewed to give that rich yet fragrant Thai milk tea flavour.

The royal Thai milk tea snowflake was so good! The ice was soft and feathery like snow, the milk tea flavour rich and fragrant and the balls, some chewy, some bursting in your mouth. It was simply divine!
