Lunch at Kak Ayu's new spot, Quallys Syok Segarnya, on 567 Jalan Masjid Negeri (Green Lane) in Batu Lanchang this afternoon. She certainly hasn't lost any of her touch. Best Malay cooking on this side of the universe!! Kak Ayu uses the freshest, good quality ingredients and cooks them with a light touch, so all the natural flavours come through.
