不用飞中国，在KL也能吃到正宗隆江猪脚饭！✈️❌🐷
今天路过 Setapak 大路，发现这家 猪隆记 DULENGGI，主打每天现卤、小火慢炖的隆江猪脚饭，马上停车进去试试看。
猪隆记是吉隆坡首家正宗隆江猪脚饭，传承广东潮汕隆江镇数十年的秘制卤方，坚持每天新鲜现卤，让猪脚慢火炖煮至软糯入味，把最传统的潮汕老味道带到马来西亚。
我点了招牌 金牌四点金饭（RM28.80）。原本是猪脚四个经典部位，可惜当天其中一个部位卖完了，老板就换成半个猪脚尖给我。
**哈哈，这样我反而更开心！**🤣 因为猪脚尖和猪脚的两个部位都是我的最爱，满满都是胶原蛋白，卤得软糯又不会散，轻轻一夹就骨肉分离，肥而不腻，越吃越香。
一份套餐还包括广章（潮汕肉卷）、卤蛋、咸菜和油菜，最后再淋上一勺慢火熬煮的秘制卤汁。
**我觉得真正的灵魂不是猪脚，而是这勺卤汁！**😂 香浓却不会死咸，淋在热腾腾的白饭上特别开胃，害我一直扒饭，差点想再加一碗白饭。
另外点了一碗苦瓜黄豆汤，清甜解腻，搭配猪脚刚刚好，让整餐吃起来更加舒服。
老实说，RM28.80 不算便宜，但想到不用搭飞机，在吉隆坡就能吃到这么地道的潮汕隆江猪脚饭，我觉得还是值得来试一次，特别推荐给喜欢卤味、猪脚和潮汕美食的朋友。
