Chicken Rice, Street Food, Non-Halal
I am back again to one of my favourite Bean Sprout Chicken Rice (Hainanese style). This is at Pusat Bandar Puchong’s Restoran Kum Sing Chicken Rice stall. This time I chose to dine in instead of the usual takeaway.
The chicken is both tender and tasty, well garnished with spring onion. The rice smells fragrant cooked with ginger blends well with the chicken. It is topped up with finely blended ginger & chilli paste.

The chicken rice set cost me only RM7.00. The price is the same even if you ordered drumsticks or thighs portion. I added on a plate of bean sprout for an extra RM1.00 & it’s crunchy and fresh comparably to Ipoh bean sprout.

The unassuming chicken stall only opens in the evening at 5pm, except Mondays, and it’s usually sold out by 7pm. So please come early. It’s the busiest stall in the restaurant on the evenings for diners and you can see long queues for those wanting to takeaway.

It truly deserves my first review for serving one of the best, if not the best Bean Sprout Chicken Rice in Puchong for dinner.
The Restoran Kum Sing Chicken Rice stall is located behind the row of shop lot beside the Pusat Bandar Puchong LRT.
