Char Koay Kark, Street Food, Pork Free
Looking for a delicious plate of char koay kark (fried rice cake) for breakfast? Do not want to worry about it being too oily? Want a plateful that will fill up the tummy? Look no further than the Seafood Char Koay Kark foodtruck. It is parked beside Restoran 77 Food Yard in Solok Moulmein, Pulau Tikus each morning may provide the solutions.

Personally, I find the char koay kak prepared by the young and amiable proprietress, Ms Jes Png, very tasty and not too oily. The serving size is generous too. Ms Png took over the spatulas from her elderly father recently. Char koay kark has been the family business for more than 25 years.

With a spatula in each hand, Ms Jes Png deftly dishes out plates after plates of char koay kak. Apart from eggs, bean sprouts, chai por, ku chai and chilli paste are added to the char koay kark.

A plate of delicious char koay kark. Generous serving size and just for RM5.00 only. It is very good to see the younger generation continue their family trade. May she continue to man the large frying pan for many years to come.
