Took a drive to Sungai Pelek on Father’s Day, and it was such a delightful trip! For those who might not know, Sungai Pelek is a charming small town in the Sepang District of Selangor, Malaysia. It’s a peaceful place known for its friendly locals and delicious food.

While there, I tried the famous Sungai Pelek Rojak Mee. The sambal was the item that stood out. It had just the right amount of heat and flavor, making the entire dish come alive. Without it, the rojak mee would have been quite average.

I loved the sambal so much that I finished all of it.
