The Thai nasi lemak cooked by Chiang Mai people is very good at Thailand Tomyam! The rice is cooked with long rice and coconut milk. The sambal chili sauce is very fragrant. It is served with poached eggs, peanuts, ikan bilis and cucumber. It tastes as spicy as the local ones!
