Whenever I see anyone posting about Uncle Pang Western Corner, I regretted for not eating when he was in Georgetown area! So today I drove all the way from town to make sure I get to eat his pure Hainanese western style cooking! And I did after I googled check his operation time! I think he started as early as 7am and I was there around 7.20am.
I love Hainanese Chicken Chop! My preference are 海安饭店 Hai Onn Hainanese Restaurant, Lighthouse, Penang, The Old Frees' Association Hainan restaurant and Hedges Wifey's Homecook. Today I add on extra one outlet into my preferences for Hainanese chicken chop!
