After a bland breakfast, I found myself at VCR, where the coffee and egg muffin restored my faith in the day. The egg muffin felt like an elevated take on an "atas" Egg McMuffin — indulgent and well-executed, with a perfect balance of flavour and texture. Every bite was satisfying, from the soft egg to the well-seasoned filling.
