This is famous senget Char Koay Teow One Corner at Wahong Cafe. But before I write my long essay, allow me to apologise to all the executive and production team who are travelling to work at Bayan Baru. I have no intention to add an extra motorcar into the horrible jam from Georgetown all the way to the factory zone at 8 am.
My actual plan was to go to the Sungai Ara Market for char koay kak but gave up because of the jam and stop here for char koay teow. This famous ckt is another version of Penang ckt. It is more on creamy part which is quite similar to the ah leng ckt of the old days at a Kopitiam opposite the penang penjara. But you got order 2 plates for those heavy eater. And for me, ok lah, I’m a gentle eater.

Why is it famous for being senget, or lop-sided? You can see the koay teow is only served on one side of the dish. Interesting plating won’t you say?
