I had lunch at Hong Seng Restaurant, which is right in front of Seventeen Mall. I ordered the dumplings (woh tip) with dry pan mee (RM8.50). There were 4 dumplings in the bowl of soup and they were large and full of meaty filling. Very nice. The dry pan mee was springy and chewy, and coated with a yummy sauce blend. I would eat it again.

My friend said her yong tau foo was good, with yummy fish paste stuffing.
