It's quite rare to find economy noodles that are both colorful and flavorful in the market! I found it at the SS2 morning market. Especially their stir-fried tang hoon (glass noodles) here, with shredded wood ear mushrooms and accompanied by pickled chili, it's simply a heavenly delight!
