With the close proximity to Kuala Sepetang (about 15km), Taiping is blessed with ample and fresh seafood. The Chinese section of Larut Matang Hawker Center opens in the morning only. The sequence is pick a table near the drink stall, then only go order your food. As some of the drink stalls do not deliver to the table of your choice.

Seafood koay teow soup. There are a few stalls selling similar dish. As usual, when in doubt, go for the longest queue one.
