Recently opened in Sri Sinar, Kepong, there's this popular Hong Kong-style tea restaurant named Stay Fresh Restaurant, where you get roasted duck as a complimentary dish when you order hot pot! Today, I went to try their roasted duck, and after a friendly chat with the manager, I learned that the owner and the roast chef are both from Hong Kong. No wonder the taste here is so reminiscent of what I had in Hong Kong ten years ago. The top-quality fragrant rice paired with the roast meats, duck with plum sauce, and roast pork with mustard give a true Hong Kong feel! The signature Fresh Prawn Wonton Noodles features large slices of char siew and a special spicy sauce, just like what I used to enjoy in Hong Kong. Gather your family and friends to savor authentic Hong Kong-style cuisine.
During breakfast hours, you can also enjoy a Hong Kong-style breakfast with a drink for only RM10!
If four or more people order hot pot, you'll receive half a roasted duck as a bonus. Additionally, if you pre-order the day before, the roast chef will prepare a hot and fresh roasted duck for you to enjoy upon arrival.
