Har miin / (Penang) prawn mee is another morning fix for me. Been patronising this stall at Restoran Golden Kim Wah for decades, which makes it the benchmark for me in PJ. Ongoing debate with some other aficionados about whether this is better than that. no clear winner cos all of us have our preferences.
RM2.50 for tea + RM9.50 for noodles adds up to RM11 for breakfast.
