The perfect summer brunch at Valencia's Restaurant this morning. Had the sparkly virgin strawberry mojito, the benguet paella, taro nachos & a wild mushroom aubergine soup. Beautiful food in a beautiful setting overlooking the pine-covered valley. Minor peeve, the paella was a bit over-salted.
