Tang Glen Waverley was so so good, a first for me last week. Decided to pop in for early lunch.
Opens from 7am for breakfast. You little beauty.
Today, had two of their signatures as displayed. I have tried all their recommendations to date except their version of beefy noodle.

Their potsticker dumpling or pan fried dumpling was excellent vs steamed xiao long bao.

So so good. Juicy splashed out once you bite the dumpling. Bestie …. Loving it.

So so good as dipping sauce.

Also, their signature Kaiyang noodles and added an egg. Simply the best.

Nice.

Chilli oil / added vinegar. With chilli sauce added. It’s so so good.
