Didn't make it to Holy Guacamole, but happy to say Big Pantry delivered on their quesadillas. mine were a chicken-beef combo, tender, juicy & pretty perfect
The salmon steak (in the background) was good, but grilled chicken, while generous, seemed overcooked & on the hard side.
