Cantonese, Fine Dining, Non-Halal
My recent lunch escapade at Imperial Treasure Cantonese Cuisine left me marvelling at the culinary mastery on display, as the restaurant once again proved itself as a beacon of Cantonese gastronomy in Singapore. With each visit, I am greeted with a sense of anticipation, knowing that I am in for a gastronomic journey like no other.
Upon entering the restaurant, I found myself in the familiar position of seeking guidance on what to indulge in. Without fail, the attentive staff offered their expert recommendations, akin to a Chinese-style Omakase experience. It's this personalised touch that sets Imperial Treasure apart and keeps me coming back week after week.
Today's culinary adventure took an exciting turn with the promotion featuring the prized "Long Dan" or Grouper fish prepared in a claypot.

As the giant grouper, known for its thick, chewy skin and sweet flesh, graced our table, I couldn't help but marvel at its succulence. Each slice of fish was a testament to the impeccable quality and freshness that Imperial Treasure consistently delivers.

But the pièce de résistance of the meal was undoubtedly the Singapore-style Black Pepper Crab, a dish that the chefs expertly tailored to my preferences. The colossal 1.1kg crab, with its tender, juicy meat, was bathed in a fragrant and dry black pepper sauce that left a lingering warmth on the palate. Every bite was a symphony of flavours, perfectly balanced and utterly indulgent.

As the meal came to a close, I reflected on the culinary journey I had just experienced. With each dish expertly crafted and bursting with flavour, Imperial Treasure once again exceeded my expectations. The bill, totalling SGD410 for three diners (the crab alone was SGD165), was a small price to pay for the culinary delights we had savoured.
