Nanhua Village Penang Kopi
Chiefeater Tai Kwee Fatt had kopi at Nanhua Village in Penang

Fried Vermicelli, Chicken Chop, Non-Halal
At chinese recreation club CRC Victoria Cafe for lunch today with a big group. i have to admit not only is this my first time here but my first time finding out CRC has a cafe. haha. i only knew of course it has a chinese restaurant that serves chinese course dinner or ‘chu char’ food. i was surprise to see the row of dining areas is situated along a corridor.

their menu is not extensive at all. just the usual common rice set and noodles.

i went for the tom yam fried bihun. i was at a table of 6 friends but i only managed to take the food photos of a friend on the right and on the left.
my order. tomyam fried bihun. RM8,00
not bad. very fragrant, my friends said. it does have the tomyam taste but not spicy enough for me.

after stirring around. 2 prawns. some pieces of chicken which were quite soft.

my friend’s order. hainam chicken chop. quite okay, i think she said.

my friend’s order. hainam mee. the broth looks so good. my friend said it tasted good. aiyaa… i should have order it as i do like hainam fried mee too.

mee sua kor – shared by all 6 of us. each took some mouthful. quite nice

at that time we were there, it was quite crowded and busy, thus i guess service was a bit slow (and most of the staff were foreigners).
