Upon entering Goraebul, it becomes immediately clear that the emphasis is on providing an authentic and unfiltered seafood experience. The restaurant specializes in serving thick cuts of fish, catering to Korean preferences and offering a departure from the finer, delicate slices typical of Japanese omakase. Local delicacies like sea squirt and exceptionally large oysters highlight the menu, providing a glimpse into the regional seafood bounty.
