Established in 2017, Coffee Academics is Hong Kong’s first specialty coffee chain. 70% of their house blend profits go back to farmers worldwide in a circle of sustainability. We were at The Coffee Academics Kwun Tong. My dark mocha was exactly the right level of bittersweet & Richard’s yuzu kombucha, tart & sparkly. The carrot cake was nice & moist, though a little sweet.
