Nobody does stir fried eggplant like Esquire Kitchen Sunway Pyramid – which is why they’ve endured decades of food fads. That dish could’ve been on the table thirty years back and we’d never have known the difference, the flavours are that consistent. And the fruit chicken was delicious too, though the noodles were a tiny bit soggy. This was our first time at their Sunway Pyramid branch, by the way. Excellent food, generous portions & sizeable discounts.
