Operated by a friendly and smiling proprietor, Ah Hooi, it offers various types of noodles and more than a dozen ways to ‘char’ (fry) them. Among the varieties are red wine mee sua, pork leg mee, satay beehoon and char tanghoon. Service is fast and the place is clean and airy.
