Finally we managed to come to take this famous beef koay teow, Loo Beef Noodle in Penang. They are still operating the other stall at OO Cafe on Carnavon St. So much more pleasant here compared to the other place. No pressure to order drinks too and at the same time with AC comfort.
Operation hours from 9 am – 4 pm and 6 pm – 9 pm. We were there early at 8.38 am and Lady Boss invited us inside and turn on the AC. We enjoyed our medium bowl of ingredients only and really happy.
