Tan Xiang Chai Chee Lunch

Chinese, Crab, Non-Halal

Description

Post by Chiefeater GL Ong

First meal upon landing in Lion City. My favourite Singapore Chilly - Sooo Crabilicious!! Tan Xiang Chai Chee is a new hawker centre in Chai Chee Lane opened by Singapore local celebrity Ben Yeo, tucked away in the industrial estate - in fact next to my ex-company in Singapore. The space has been designed to emulate a wet market offering comforting and familiar hawker options.

Coffee shop toilets don’t exactly have the best reputation, so you might be wondering why I am mentioning the washrooms. That’s because Tan Xiang Chai Chee probably has the nicest ones with contemporary design and it's air- conditioned. A cool reprieve from the sweltering hot weather.
