Had a delightful light lunch at Two Chefs Eating Place Commonwealth Crescent. We had two plates of this chilled sihum dish. The flavours explode with intense garlicky, fiery burn downed by tartness of vinegar on well cooked yet juicy sihum. I prefer them less cooked but perfectly understand that Two Chefs don’t want MOH visiting just in case.

Fried rice with salted fish bits was excellent even though we did not care much for frozen vannamei prawns.
