走进沙登山的港式大湾子茶餐厅,仿佛一下子被拉回到香港的街头。这里的装修满满都是港式茶餐厅的风格,特别是那绿色的皮革座椅,瓷砖墙面,细节到位。最重要的是,内有冷气!在马来西亚的炎热天气里,能有空调的庇护,一边吹冷气一边享用港式美食,简直就是幸福。
这里的菜单里藏着不少香港经典小吃。我最爱的炸卤猪大肠也能在这找到!那酥脆的外皮和浓郁的卤香味,真的把我带回到香港街头的感觉。每次咬一口,都能感受到外酥内软的完美口感,绝对是必点的!
还有个特别划算的选择:3只南乳炸鸡翅只卖RM7.90,而且是超大只的鸡翅!这个价格真的太亲民了。炸鸡外皮金黄酥脆,咬下去肉汁满满,带着南乳独特的香味,吃完只想再多来几份!
至于南乳猪脚饭,份量确实十足,绝对吃得饱饱的。不过,味道上还是有点可以改进的空间。猪脚的肉质稍微有点干,少了一些酥烂的口感,希望能再调一调,让南乳味更加浓郁,和猪脚更完美融合。
总的来说,这家大湾子茶餐厅是我会再回访的地方,特别是为了那份炸卤猪大肠和炸鸡翅。想念香港味道的朋友们,不妨也来试试!
Walking into this Hong Kong-style Da Wan Zhi Cha Chan Ting in Taman Bukit Serdang, you feel like you are suddenly pulled back to the streets of Hong Kong. The decoration here is full of Hong Kong-style tea restaurant style, especially the green leather seats, tiled walls, and all the details. Best of all, it's air-conditioned! In the hot weather in Malaysia, it is pure happiness to be protected by air-conditioning and enjoy Hong Kong-style food while enjoying the air-conditioning.
There are many classic Hong Kong snacks hidden in the menu here. My favorite fried braised pork intestines can also be found here! The crispy skin and rich braised aroma really took me back to the streets of Hong Kong. Every time you take a bite, you can feel the perfect texture of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is definitely a must-try!
There is also a particularly cost-effective option: 3 pieces of Southern Fried Chicken Wings only cost RM7.90, and they are super large wings! The price is really very affordable. The skin of the fried chicken is golden and crispy, and the meat is full of juice when you bite into it. It has the unique fragrance of southern milk. After finishing it, you just want to order more!
As for the fried pork trotter rice, the portion is really generous and you will definitely feel full. However, there is still some room for improvement in terms of taste. The meat of the pig's trotters is a little dry and lacks some crispy texture. I hope to adjust it again to make the southern milk flavor more intense and blend more perfectly with the pig's trotters.
Overall, Da Wan Zhi Cha Chan Ting is a place I will visit again, especially for the fried braised pork intestines and fried chicken wings. Friends who miss the taste of Hong Kong may wish to give it a try!
