Chiefeater Alwyn David had some burgers at Lotteria The Curve and found the K-sauce chicken unexpectedly good

Malay, Pork-Free
Che'Nor Outlet Cafe Puchong is a delightful discovery, tucked away in a spot I wouldn’t have ventured into without Jen’s appointment nearby. This unassuming eatery serves up hearty Malay dishes that are affordable, flavourful, and generous in portion.

They started from a humble road side stall.

We shared a plate of Nasi Masak Salai Pedas (RM12), and it was an absolute winner. The portion size was satisfying, and the masak salai packed a punch of fiery heat. No extra sambal needed, though they do offer free refills. The flavours were bold, rich, and truly indulgent, or as Jen described it, sedap giler!

Unlimited sambal top-up

Adding to the experience was the cashier’s thoughtful gesture of offering sambal petai for us to try. That small act of generosity turned out to be a winner for him, as Jen ended up spending an additional RM80 on purchasing bottles of their sambal. Talk about up-selling. Now, why don't more outlets do that?

Che'Nor Outlet Cafe Puchong has an unpretentious setting and the warm hospitality creates an inviting atmosphere. The food speaks for itself, but it’s the little touches, like the sambal sample, that elevate the experience and leave a lasting impression.
