Sometimes with a bit of luck. You find a hidden gem like Geprek In Melbourne after walkabout in the heart of Melbourne Central. Excellent Indonesian chicken with awesomeness sambal.

Loving it.

Mixing it .. sambal on chicken.

So so good. In Sambal Terasi. A first for me. Won’t be my last. Lots lots generous chicken pieces. Took the spiciest sambal. Ok only not as spicy as the other Indonesian chain that I frequent.
