Dropped by Nota Cafe and gave their beef fried rice a try. While the rice itself could’ve used a bit more wok hei to elevate it, the dish was saved by the generous serving of beef. The slices were tender and well-seasoned, offering plenty of flavour in each bite. It’s a satisfying plate overall, though if they can amp up the wok fire, it’d be even better.

The other thing that was pretty was the rice fritter.

A word of warning, this is not a place to come to if you need your food in a hurry. They take their time to prep your food.

Food aside, Nota Cafe looks like a very chill place to hang out or have a casual event.
